Tailored Approach

Not just another 'off the shelf' talk

In our professional world, we saw the need for better curated events.

Events that are tailored to suit the client, where the speakers are selected specifically to match the theme and objectives, which creates a unique experience.

Our speakers are all experts in their field. They are not on the speaker circuit but offer fresh voices spoken with eloquence.

Rushi Millns

Isobel Byrne Hill

After a successful career in the fast paced Internet industry, delivering international projects and designing technology solutions, Rushi moved into Education to teach Computer Science.

Having been Head of Department in two secondary schools, Rushi started to work increasingly with students on their enrichment and interpersonal skills by creating opportunities for students to network and consider a wider variety of options after school.

Recognising the real value this offered both students and schools, Rushi started inviting experts from her wide professional network to come and speak to students. In the six years since she started, Rushi is an experienced speaker and moderator; she has hosted a number of events as wide ranging as Holocaust Education and Equality and Leadership. In order to present strong female role models, especially in STEM, most of the experts are women.

Rushi encourages and supports more women to consider public life, working nationally and internationally. She sits on a number of Boards and is an avid reader of Fantasy and Science Fiction.
